Scale of pay: Rs 16,400-450-20,900-500-22,400 for posts of Professor and Project Director, Rs 16,400-450-20,900 for the post of Joint Director, Rs 12,000-420-18,300 for Readers, Dy Director and Programme Officer, Rs 8,000-275-13,500 for Lecturer, Asst Regional Director / Asst Director, Producer and Research Officer plus allowances as admissible. Application forms and other details regarding qualifications etc. can be obtained from (except 'Registrar (Administration)') the Director, Academic Co-ordination Division, Block No 1, Room No 17, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110068. For 'Registrar (Administration) from Asst Registrar (Rectt) Block No 7, Room No 16, during office hours on all working days in person and on production of a Demand Draft of Rs 100/- from General and OBC candidates, Rs 50/- from SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of "IGNOU" and payable at New Delhi. No amount is required to be remitted by the PWD. Application forms can also be obtained by post, by sending a DD as detailed above and self addressed stamped envelope (stamped worth Rs 28/-) of size 13 cms x 28 cms addressed to the Director, Academic Coordination Division (for all posts except 'Registrar (Administration)') and for Registrar (Administration) Assistant Registrar (Rectt). Request for application form by post will be entertained only upto 29.02.2008. However, forms can be collected in person till the last date of submission i.e. 15.03/2008.
