Male/Female Candidates with 6+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Salary fitmens, Policy Making, Payroll, compensation strategy and compensation bench marking. Responsible for developing, implementing and administering the organization's rewards and benefit policies. This will include salaries, bonuses & employee benefits also. |
Manager / Assistant Manager TrainingCategory: Managers (Walk-in 23rd & 24th Nov 2007). Dynamic Professionals (Male/Female) with 7-10 years of experience in Aviation / Hospitality / Education Industry. Candidates will be required to administrate training operations, conduct quality audits and responsible for improving and maintaining training standards. Should be excellen in supervising and managing people. Must also have good contacts in the Service Industry. |
Training Coordinator Category: Aerospace/Aviation (Walk-in 21st to 24th Nov 2007). Female Candidates (age 25 to 35 yrs) with min 4 years of experience as an Air Hostess/Ground staff or as a GRE/FOE in a 5-Star Hotel. They should be emphathetic listeners and motivated leaders with strong communication skills. |
