Sr Civil Engineers

Qualification: BE (Civil). Experience: Hands-on experience of 8-10 years on all aspects of ciivl works in hotels / hospitals / high-rise buildings which should include basements, pile foundations, shoring, structure and high-end finishing items. Must be fully experienced in developing and controlling building projects from conceptual design to commissioning and completion, including project management skills and a sound knowledge of various project execution strategies.

Quantity Surveyors

Category: Engineering

Qualification: Graduate in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 6-10 years hands-on experience in quantity surveying of five star hotels / IT parks / shopping malls / hospitals / high-rise buildings with basements etc. Should be well-versed in estimation, measurement of work, checking and certification of bills, preparation & evaluation of tenders, rate analysis, negotiation, settlement of contract claims, contract conditions, evaluation & analyzing the bids, labour / material requirement. Computer literate with usage of Auto CAD & MS Project Software and capable of producing financial reports and forecast project reports.

Architects

Category: Architecture

Qualification: B Arch. From reputed institutes and well-versed in preparing design development / detailed drawings from concept design with a flair for interior design, coordination with structural and services drawings, especially of deluxe five star hotels. Knowledge of Auto CAD and other related software systems is essential. Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience with reputed five star hotels / IT parks / shopping malls / hospitals / high-rise buildings etc. Should possess creative insights, innovative design and engineering sense with communication skills.

Service Engineers

Category: Engineering

Qualification: Graduate Engineers with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in design / installation of high-rise hotels, hospitals, IT parks, building services in any of the following specializaitons. * HVAC * Electrical (High side, Low side, Power & Lighting) * Plumbing, Sanitary, Fire Protection * Low voltate system IBMS/FA/PA, TV, Telephone system.

Remuneration is not a constraint for a suitably experienced candidate. The core competency expected is of managing projects within the time line while maintaining the quality standards required of a five star deluxe hotel.
