Vice President (Civil) - Plant

Category: Plant

Degree/Diploma in Civil engineering with 25 years experience in a continuous process industry such as Cement/Steel/Power Sector. Hands on experience in execution of civil works related to large cement plants involving erection of kilns, VRMs, Ball Mills, cement silos etc. Experience in project implementation of a cement plant with flair for meticulous planning and capacity to provide leadership to the project team would be essential for this assignment.

Vice President (Technical) - Plant

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. A dynamic individual, with keen desire to excel, having high managerial and project execution skills with 20-25 years in the line of which at least 5 years at a senior position of equivalent status in operation and maintenance of at least one million ton per annum or above capacity Dry Process Cement Plant shall be ideal for the position.

General Manager (Production) - Plant

Category: Plant

Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 18-20 years experience in computerised environment in a modern dry process cement plant in operaiton, optimisation, and quality control field. He should be familiar with all sections of cement production viz. Pyro-processing, VRM, Ball Mill etc. Candidates with post graduate qualification will be preferred. Experience in the field of environmental management shall be an added advantage.

Vice President (Hydrocarbon) - HO

Category: Oil/Gas/Utilities

The Candidate should have over 30 years of experience in Hydrocarbon Exploration with premier Oil Companies. He should have requisite experience in engineering and planning of Oil Fild Development, construction of new facilities and have knowledge of production technology and production operations. Must have managerial experience in coordination of technical and commercial activities, issues related to environment and safety and strong background of human resources coordination.
