Applicant should have a BArch Degree from a reputed college with at least 4 years of hands on experience on project design in studio and project planning with vendors and clients. Knowledge of CAD and BEM is a pre requisite. Strong interpersonal skills will be required to lead a team of professionals in the studio.
Applicatn should either be a graduate engineer with 4 yrs experience or senior diploma holder with 7-10 years experience of project planning, tendering, billing and quality control. He will report to the Director and be responsible for handling all aspects of project planning and execution.
Applicant must be a diploma holder in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical trade with at least 2 years of hands on experience on site. He will be responsible for project planning, preparation of BQ and tender documentation, supervision along with billing. Should be willing to travel and lead roll out teams especially in retail segment.
