JSPL has the captive iron ore mines at Tensa (Orissa) and Coal Mines at Raigarh. The company is implementing expansion projects in Power and Steel including large green field projects like 6 MTPA integrated steel plant at Angul in Orissa and 6 MTPA integrated steel plant in Jharkhand. VP Power (O and M)Category: Operations Management Mechanical / Electrical engineer with20-30 years of experience in operation and maintenance of mega power plant Project. The incumbent will coordinate day to day execution of he project operation and its maintenance activities. He shall be responsible for all activities related to the power plant to acheve the set deadlines, for completion of it. He will have to ensure all activities in line with the project schedule. GM (Civil) Category: Engineering The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering from a premiere institute with around 15 to 20 years of experience in a large or mediunm sized Organization. He should have adequate exposure of all civil activities like road construction, building construction, heavy structural jobs etc. He should be able to develop a cohesive team for achieving tim bound results. VP / GM / DGM (HR / P and A)Category: Human Resources MBA / PG Diploma (2 year full time) in HR from an insitute of repute around 15 years of functional experience in organizations practicing progressive people's management practices. He should have sound conceptual knowledge, exposure to latest HR systems and practices in the areas of recruitment, training, performance Management, compensation and rewards management. GM / DGM / Manager (Liaison)Category: Liaison MBA / LLB / PG in Public Relations having excellent communications skills and strong interpersonal and networking skills. Should be capable of independently dealing with senior Business and Governemnt officials. Experience in land acquisition, implenentation of RR policies desirable.
