Sr Manager - Real Estate Marketing (Commercial)

The incumbent will have to achieve Sales Targets, for commercial projects including devloping broker network and relationships, incumbent shall have expertise to develop innovative and effective sale and marketing strategies and lead a team to achieve the desired results.

CA/MBA in finance with 5-7 yrs experience in financial planning, project funding, dealing with Banks & Financial Institutions, Budgeting, taxation, MIS, day-to-day supervision of accounts etc. Preference will be given those who have experience in real estate.

Manager Ad Sales

MBA Marketing with 5-8 years of experience in Ad Sales (print/electronic/outdoor), Events and Promotions with 3 years experience in similar position. The incumbent shall be expected to handle the entire Ad Sales, Events & Promotional activity of the Shopping Mall-cum-Multiplexes of the Group and generate advertising revenues. Candidate should have proven track record and good contacts with top Advertising Agencies & Corporates. Preference will be given to Candidates with proven credentials.

Assistant Architect

BArch with 3 to 7 years experience in designing of residential and commercial projects, malls and entertainment centers, townships and other infrastructure projects. Must be well conversant with Auto CAD, Studio, 3D, Corel Draw etc.
