Vice President - Projects (Planning, Implementation and Quality Control)

Civil Engineer from a premier institution with 20 yrs experience (minimum 5 yrs in similar capacity), capable of planning and monitoring mega real estate projects like Townships, Residential, Commercial & Office Complexes, Shopping Malls & Five Star Hote.s. Should be proficient in project planning, tendering, coordination & monitoring. Proficiency in MS Projects is a must.

General Managers (Projects)

Category: Project Management

Proven team leader with a degree in Civil Engineering from a premior institution and 15 yrs experience (minimum 5 yrs ashead of large projects) in construction of mega Complexes, Residential Complexes, Shopping Malls and Five Star Hotels. Should be capable of taking complete charge of project operations, including co-ordination with consultants.

Deputy General Managers (Projects Planning and Tendering / Projects / Quality Control / Services)

Category: Project Management

Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers from a premier institution with overall 10-12 years experience in the development of Commercial / Residential / Shopping / Hotel Complexes, including 5 years experience in the relevant field for the respective job.

Senior Engineers (Civil / Services)

Category: Engineering

Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Engineering with 5-10 yrs experience in construction & development of commercial/Residential/Shopping/otel Complexes and 3 years experience in the relevant feild for the respective job.
