Vice President (Technical Coordination) - HO

Would be responsible for complete technical coordinaion of thermal power project of 2x250 MW Capacity. Degree holder in mechanical/electrical engineering with at least 25 years of experience in the engineering / engineering coordination of thermal power project of 100-300 MW capacity. The experience should cover system design, preparation of specifications, evaluation of tender, detail engineering and engineering project coordination. Experience in project execution at project site is desirable.

Mechanical/electrical engineer with at least 25 years field experience in executing a power project of 100 - 200 MW capacity. The experience should cover supervison of construction and erection activities of foundations, structures, boiler, turbine generator and auxiliary system e.g. coal handling, ash handling, water treatment etc. In addition he should have experience in dealing with local authorities in the areas of factory act, environment and human resource related issues. Familiarity with MS Project Software for project monitoring is desirable.

Vice President (Commercial / Contracts) - HO

CA/MBA with 25 years experience in commercial aspects of a large industrial unit. Should be conversant with taxation matters of an industrial unit & have aptitude to support the project implementation teams by positive attitude and pro-active approach. Experience in strategy formulation, negotiations, contract management and ability to network with diverse set of people & organisations would be desirable.

Vice President / General Manager (Legal) - HO/Project Site

Law Graduate with 18-25 years of experience in Legal Practice of Corporate and Commercial laws. Should be conversant with legal aspects of Real Estate & Civil Construction Business. Should be able to support Project Implementation Teams in legal matters pertaining to Land Acquisition and execution of construction contracts. Should have experience in dealing with Excise, Sales Tax, Corporate Tax, Service Tax and Labour Laws in an Industrial setup.
