General Manager - ProductionCategory: Production The Incumbent should be with Engineering back ground with full knowledge of latest design and process techniques for handling state of art 2 wheeler tyres manufacturing unit of high capacity. The person should have served in a similar capacity in a tyre manufacturing/allied industry. He would be responsible for handling all the functions of the plant, through his team. Excellent man management skills are essential. |
Manager - EngineeringCategory: Engineering For heading the engineering functions of the plant. The Incumbent should be Mechanical Engineer with 8-10 years relevant experience preferably in tyre industry and shall report to General Manager - Production. |
Chemist - TyresCategory: Laboratory/Pathology Services The incumbent should be a Rubber Technologist with 7-10 years experience primarily in tyres manufacturing unit. He would also be responsible for the lab and testing functions of the plant. |
Manager - MixingCategory: Managers For heading the rubber mixing department. The incumbent should be a Graduate with 8-10 years relevant experience. He should be well conversant with different grades of rubber, carbon black, oils and chemicals. Also must have good knowledge of rubber testing and uniformity releasing parameters required in a tyre manufacturing plant or allied industry. |
