Officers of the rank of SAS passed clerks from any of the organized Accounts Departments, namely Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Indian Defence Accounts Department, Indian Railway Accounts Department, Indian Posts and Telegraph Finance and Accounts Department. OR Assistants of the Central Secretariat Service who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management with three years experience in cash and accounts work.

Publication Assistant

Category: Publishing/Printing

No of Post: 1 in the scale of Rs 5500-9000/-. Officers under the Central Government/State Governments universities and recognized Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings, holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or with 5 years' service in posts in the scale of Rs 5000-8000/- or equivalent and possessing the qualifications and experience as given below: Essential: i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. ii) 3 years experience in handling publication work. Desirable: i) Degree or Diploma in Journalism. ii) Experience of publication work in the field of Social Defence. iii) Knowledge of computer system with Desk Top Publication.
