Qualifications & job requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering from institution of repute. Candidates having Master's Degree in Management and Proficiency in use of computer and computer software will be preferred. Candidates must have adequate experience in planning and execution of wide range of Civil Engineering projects. General: 1. Besdies pay scale, DA and other fringe benefits are also applicable as per the rules of the company. 2. Minimum emoluments in the revised pay scale at Delhi for posts General Manager (Projects), General Manager (Management Services & Production) will be Rs 41645.00 for Post at Dy. General Manager (Business Development) will be Rs 37,023.00. 3. Relaxation in experience may be considered in deserving cases. 4. higher start can be considered for extraordinary as per company's rules. 5. Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in india. General manager (Projects) may be Head Quartered at North Eastern Region. 6. Mere fulfilling the minimum requirement / qualification will not vest any right on the candidates to be called for interview. 7.
