Delhi International Airport (P) Limited (DIAL) is a kPublic Private Partnership initiative between the GMR Group, Airports Authority of India, Fraport, Eraman Malaysia and India Development Fund. The GMR led consortium has been given the mandate to finance, design, build, operate and maintain the Delhi Airport. The first stage of development for building a world class airport is underway. At the end of first phase in 2010, the airport will be able to cater to 37 million passengers per annum. The mission is to eventually enhance capacity to handle 100 million passengers per annum. The DIAL leadership consists of top professionals from across the globe and is now looking to augment this team by appointing experienced professionals who have demonstrated achievementsin the following roles. All positions are based out of New Delhi, India.

Manager - International / Domestic

Category: Managers

Candidates having proven experience of 5-9 years in business development & marketing, market research in airlines/international airport / FMCG should only apply. The incumbent should possess analytical & good communication skills. He / She will be responsible for traffic developemnt, market analysis & airline marketing. The candidate must have post graduate degree in Marketing and should preferably be a graduate in Statistics / Economics. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, innovative & go-getters.

Manager - Hubbing

Category: Managers

Candidates having proven experience of 5-9 years in market planning department in airlines or with an international airport as an airline marketing executive for at least 5 years. The incumbent should possess adequate knowledge of aviation / airline industry with strong liaisoning, marketing and communication skills. He / She will be responsible for slots management, aviation regulation and strategy formulation. The candidate must have a post graduate degree in Marketing and should preferably be a graduate in Statistics / Economics.

Associate Manager / Executive

Candidates having proven experience of 2-8 years in market planning / marketing department from airlines / international airport / FMCG / KPOs. The incumbent should have atleast 2 years experience in market research, data / quantitative analysis. The candidate must have a post graduate degree in Marketing and should preferably be a graduate in Marketing / Finance.

Manager - Communication / Promotion

Category: Managers

Candidates having proven experience of 5-9 years in market planning / marketing department from airlines / international airport / FMCG, relevant to the position. He / She will be responsible for public relations, marketing communication, brand/product promotions & liaisoning with stakeholders. The candidate must have a post graduate degree in Marketing. Excellent communication skills & experience in tourism related assignments will be an added advantage.
