Graduate (Any Stream). Should have completed secretarial course from any recog. institute with 5-10 years experience in a MN / Large Size Org. and able to handle all secretarial works like shorthand, typing, planning, ticketing, hotel booking, independent correspondence & all routine office works with good computer skill. Should have a pleasing personality and should be fluent in English. Candidates with knowledge of French / German will be given preference.
