Company Secretary - Location: (NCR)Category: Corporate Communications ACS/FCS with 10-15 years of rich experience covering all aspects of Company Secretarial and legal functions in a large listed industrial organization/corporate house including compliance under Company Law and other legislations, drafting legal documents encompassing diverse corporate activities and advising management on legal implications of strategic initiatives. Candidates with degree in Law would be preferred. |
