Number of Posts: 15 (09-UR, 03-OBC, 02-SC, 01-ST). Scale: Rs 12500-400-14900-450-17600-500-19100/- Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years. (Relaxable upto five years for Govt Servants, employees of the IP GCL / PPCL and SC / ST candidates and upto 3 years for OBC candidates). Note: The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applicatins from candidates in India. Qualification / Experience essential: (i) Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Communication & Control & Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 5 Years experience in supervisory capacity in a large public electric supply undertaking, in (a) Designing and construction of large thermal power stations, preferably of 100 MW and more OR (b) Operation and maintenance of large thermal power stations, preferably of 100 MW and more OR (c) Commercial work petaining to sale and purchase of electricity, formulation of tariffs, surveys and demand forecast as well as knowledge of electricity laws, governing public utility business, OR (d) Purchase and disposal of plant equipment and material, including coal, oil and experience in administrating stores departments, stores, accounting and preparing contracts documents and operating large contracts.
