Sr Manager (Project Management)Category: Project Management Candiate must be BE, Civil of age between 33 to 40 years having 10 to 15 years post qualification working experience. Applicants should have 4 to 8 years experience in Building Project Execution and 5 to 10 years with reputed Civil Engineering Project Management Consultant. Candidate must have exposure in Coordination with Consultants. Estimation, Cost Analysis and he must be familiar with Auto-cad and Project Management software like MS Project/Primavera etc. Person presently working in a planning cell of reputed Real Estate Developer will get preference. |
Manager (Purchase)Category: Purchase/SCM Candidate must be BE/Diploma, Civil with 8 to 10 years experience in Materials Procurement for Building Construction projcts. He must be analytic, good negotiator, experienced in vendor development and conversant about building industry materials. |
