The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitile candidates to be called for interview. Where the number of applications received in response to an advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible to interview all the candidates, the University, at its discretion, may restict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications/experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. Appplication form may be obtained free of cost in person from, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped (Rs 5/-) envelope (23 cm x 10 cm) to the above mentioned address and can also be downloaded from JNU website: www.inu.ac.in. Separate application form is required to be filled up for each post. Applications duly forwarded by the competent authority (for those already in Govt service) should reach the University latest by 15th March, 2007. |
