The Responsibilities: The candidate would be responsible for business target acheivement ofdefined Branch Unit / Business Loop / Zone * Developing, implementing and monitoring strategies andphase wise target achievement * Business promotion through various in-house and external activities which include presentations to Schools and College, participating in Events and Education/Career Fairs * Data Collection through various campaings * Administration of HR allocation and deployment * Delivering presentations to an audience size ranging from 50-1000 * Must be willing to travel extensively within the country. Qualifications Required: Preferably MBA in Marketing from a Premier Institute * Professionals from multi-level marketing organisations will be preferred. Remuneration: CTC includes fixed and variable packages. Work Environment: Multiple Business loops-Zone managing 150-180 people. Experience: Min 10 yrs. Key Skills Required: Managerial Control, planning man-management and Supervision. Key Result Area: Target Achievement of Zone. Annual CTC: 15 to 22 lacs.

Sr Manager Business Development

Manager / Asst Manager Business Development
