The incumbent should be capable of analysis of tenders, cost analysis. Preparation of offers in co-ordination of other involved agencies. He will be carrying out risk analysis and reviews and will support the sales team during tender phase. He should possess good exposure in negotiating with clients and other agencies on all fornt including commercial and will coordinate the tender delivery on behalf of the Bid Manager. | 14. Piping (Turbo Machines Group)Category: Engineering Experience in Steam Turbine Internal Piping and Hanger Engineering in Thermal / Combined cycle power plants or Petrochmeical plants / Refinery. Preferably with experience of pipe routing and layout in PDS/PDMS (3-D modeling) environment. | 15. Technical Authoring (Turbo Machines Group)Category: Engineering Experience in writing O&M manuals, Erection Instructions, Spares parts catalogue, Compilation of suppliers documentation for complex technical products such as Gas and Steam turbines and its auxiliaries, compressores, aircraft engines and associated systems. Persons having relevant experience in thermal and combined cycle power plants will be preferred. | 16. Performance Design (Boiler and Boiler Retrofit)Category: Engineering Mechanical Engineers with experience in process and performance design of Power Plant Boilers. You should be a conversant with CFBC, wall fired and corner fired boilers preferably of CE Design and have knowledge of the IBR/ASME codes. You will be responsibile to ensure equipment size, process design, technical assistance to proposal and marketing during the tendering phase. You will also provide technical support for vendor evaluation, project execution & commissioning and generate basis for detail engineering both for new boilers and rehabilitation projects. | Positions 1 to 26 are based at New Delhi, positions 27 to 43 based at Vadadara and positions 44 to 51 based at Kolkata. The Incumbent may be required to travel overseas to acquire skills / knowledge on various world-class systems and tools at our ALSTOM offices or at Project Sites.
