Head of Sales (New Delhi)

The incumbent will lead the sales and distribution organization at Telemart. He would be responsible for conceiving, designing and implementing benchmark sales & distribution strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills would be imperative. The role would demand keen negotiation skills, category knowledge and commercial acumen. The incumbent would provide clarity of thought and direction to the entire team towards achieving the distribution and business objectives. He should be professionally qualified with an MBA from a premier B-school and should bring the relevant experience of heading the sales operations in a reputed company over a period of atleast 12 years.

Circle Sales Head - (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai)

The candidate would be responsible for leading sales and distribution in his respectivwe region through the Sales Team and the Extended Dealer Channel. The candidates should bring thorough experience with a proven track record in sales and distribution. Sound abilities in team management and commercial processes would be critical atributes in incumbents. Candidates should be professionally qualified, possessing an MBA from a reputed B-school and have 10-12 years of experience in sales and distribution from FMCG/Durables/Telecom background.

Cluster Sales Head (All State Headquarters)

Candidates must lead the team of Business Development Officers and the Extended Dealer Channel in their territories towards set objectives of sales volumes and distribution benchmarks. Candidates with an enviable track record of around 8 years in sales and distribution management from the FMCG industry or the telecom market will be considered. He should have keen ability to identify and tap opportunities to grow the business in his territory. An MBA qualification would be an added advantage.

Business Development Officers (All major towns)

Category: Business Associate/DSA/Franchisee

Graduates with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in handling re-distributors, C&F agents and dealers would be required. Candidates should be result-oriented and capable of bulking winning relationshiops with the channel partners. Experience in merchandising and promotions would be valuable.
