Profile: 1) The Candidate should have a statute in the academic community and should be respected as an institution creator and have demonstrated ample credibility in educational leadership, strategic thinking, team building, resources development for research and consultancy activities with emphasis on entrepreneurship skills. 2) Candidate must be throughout first class, MBA with Doctoral Degree from the reputed Institutions along with around 20 years work experience in the leading business school and/or corporate world. 3) The candidate should have demonstrated competencies and evidence in the institutional building. 4) Preference would be given to the individuals who have worked as Head of the Institution / CEO for about 05 yrs. Director will be independently responsible for academic development, staff management and strategic planning to achieve the institute vision. Compensation Package: Institute offers salary package ranging between Rs 40 lac - 50 lac per annum CTC to the selected individual.
