Qualifications: * Good academic record with at least 55% marks (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/PH candidates / for those holding PhD degree who are already in the University system and have obtained Master's degree prior to 1919) or an equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale at the Master's level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. * Candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC. However, those candidates who held a PhD Degree (in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009) in the concerned subject are exempted from NET. General Conditions: * Posts reserved for physically handicapped candidates will be filled before other posts. * Candidates already in service must apply through proper channels. * The College reserves the right to call a limited number of applicants for interview based on their qualifications. * The College reserves the right to change the number and nature of posts and not to fill up any of the vacancies advertised.
