Qualifications and Experience: (i) Graduate from recognized University (ii) holding analogous post on regular basis or two years regular service in similar scale of pay or equivalent (iii) having at least two years experience in handling administrative matters. Age: 35 years to 45 years, relaxable upto 5 years in case of deserving Govt employees in service. Note (i): Departmental Assistant secretary with two years service will be considered. Note (ii): Age relaxation will be applicable to SC/ST/OBC Candidates as per Govt rules.
