Applications are invited for the permanent posts of College Librarian (UR) and for recruitment of Assistant Professors in the Departments of Economics, English and Bengali. (One post in each department, all theses posts are reserved for OBC candidates) and one post in the Department of Mathematics reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped candidate. Qualification: May be read as: NET/SLET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor. However, those candidates, who are or have been awarded PhD Degree in Compliance of the "University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of PhD degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the recruitment of the minimum eligi9bility condition of NET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor".
