He/She should hold a post graduate degree in a school academic subject, a professional teaching degree and have 15 years teaching experience which must also include the plus two level, preferably in a council affiliated school. In addition, the incumbent should have an English medium background throughout, and must possess an excellent command of English, should be proficient in the use of computers and not more than 45 years of age. This posting is at Delhi but is transferable to any of the council's officers. The emoluments are comparable to the best in the field.
