Vacancy: One. Scale of Pay: Rs 5500-9000/-. Classification: GCS Group 'B' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial . Field of Selection: Officers under the Central Government: a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: Essential: i) Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent. ii) 3 years administrative expejrience in Government Department. Desirable: i) Experience in liaison work with Govt Regulatory. ii) Working knowledge of Computer. "Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately proceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Govt shall ordinarily not to exceed three years". The maximum age limit for appointment by Deputation (ISTC) shall be not exceeding 56 years' as on the closing date of receipt of applications".

Vacancy: One. Scale of Pay: Rs 5500-9000/-. Classification: GCS Group 'B' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. Field of Selection: Officers under the Central Govt: a) i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or ii) with three years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs 5000-8000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, or iii) With six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a reegular basis in the scale of pay of Rs 4500-7000/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, and iv) with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs 4000-6000/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, and b) who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and possess three years' experience of cash, accounts andk budget work, or A pass in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Department of the Central Govt. " Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Govt shall ordinarily not to exceed three years". The maximum age limit for appointment by Deputation (ISTC) shall be not exceeding 56 years' as on the closing date of receipt of applications. 2. Applications should be forwarded along with Bio-data (in duplicate) in the prescribed proforma (Annexure A) of the eligible candidates whose services can be spared immediately on selection, and certificate from the Forwarding Authority (in proforma Annexure B) along with the following documents: (i) Integrity Certificates (ii) List of major/minor penalities imposed if any, on the official during the last 10 years, (if no penalty has been imposed a 'nil' certificate should be enclosed). (iii) Vigilance clearance certificate. (iv) Attested photocopies of the ACRs for the last five years (attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of an Under Secretary to the Govt of India).

Applications should be forwarded along with Bio-data (in duplicate) in the prescribed proforma (Annexure A) of the eligible candidates whose services can be spared immediately on selection, and certificate from the Forwarding Authority(in proforma Annexure B) along with the following documents: (i)Integrity Certificate (ii) List of major/minor penalities imposed if any, on the official during the last 10 years,(if no penalty has been imposed a 'nil' certificate should be enclosed). (iii) Vigilance clearance certificate. Appplications not forwarded through proper channel or those received without the requisite certificate and necessary documents will not be entertained. The candidates who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. The Curriculum Vitae (CV) duly supported by documents will be assessed by the Selection Committee while selecting candidates for appointment to posts on deputation basis.
