Editors / Sr Editors

Working with the design team, the incumbent will maintain high editorial standards for non-fiction titles in accordance with schedules & budgets. He/she will research information, develop content/ideas, edit data and liaise with authors & consultants. Senior editors will be required to manage teams & schedules and ensure overall project quality. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate / PG having 0-6 years of publishing experience, with excellent command over English, general awareness, eye for details, and team-playing & multitasking abilities. Computer literacy is a must.

Designers / Sr Designers

Category: Graphic/Web Design

The incumbent will create designs & layouts, and develop concepts based on design briefs for non-fiction titles. He/She will be accountable for design quality & audience appeal. Senior designers will manage teams & work schedules and liaise with editorial staff. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate / PG in Design with 0-6 years of experience, well-versed with in Design & Photoshop. Creativity, strong communication & team skills with general awareness & eye for detail are essential. Important: Designers / Sr Designers will be required to carry portfolios for personal interviews.
