Head - Electrical Designing

A Post Graduate / Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 15 years experience with proven track record and sound techno-commercial knowledge about mechanical systems, a good communicator with strong analytical, leadership and client management skills to Lead and Head the Electrical Department of Hydro & Industrial Division. Experience in System & Detailed Engineering of various BOP Electrical Packages like MV/LV Switch gears, Switch yards, GIS, Transformers, Bus Ducts and its arrangement layouts, Cable Sizing and Cable selection, Voltage Drop Checks. Should have good knowledge of System Studies, Load flow studies, Short circuit calculations with exposure in sizing of Transformers, Battery, DG Sets, Relay Protection, Generator Protection, Synchronizing schemes, PLC based controls, Communication Systems, DCS and I/O Lists. Should be well conversant with Indian Standard Codes, BS Codes, IEC, IEEE etc. and Software packages like ETAP, CYME etc. Email ID for applying: ee1215@tpscindia.com

Excellent communication & Co-ordination skills are mandatory for all the above positions. Due weightage shall be given candidates having adequate working experience with Toshiba Machines & Equipments. Candidates having relevant experience in 500 mw Steam Turbine (or) in Ultra Mega Power Project would be also preferred. Selected candidates will be recruited on Contract for a period of 2 years and Selected Field Engineers would be sent to Japan for Training to enhance their skills in relevant fields. Designation will be commensurate with experience. Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate and shall match with best in the industry.
