Architectural & Engineering and / or Project Management ConsultantsCategory: Consulting Services Applications are invited by Director General, Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), New Delhi from practicing firms for rendering Architectural & Engineering and / or Project Management Consultancy for construction of its Medical Colleges, Hospitals, Dispensaries, Offices and Housing facilities in different parts of the country. Eligibility: For being considered for empanelment, the firm should meet the following minimum criteria: i) Have successfully provided Comprehensive services for atleast two similar works whose construction cost exceeds Rs Twenty crores, in the last five years. ii) Average Annual turnover in terms of Consultancy fees earned in the last three financial years ending March, 2009 at least Rs 50 lakhs. Selected firm shall be empanelled for a period of three years. ESIC, however, reserves the right to discontinue the panel at any time without assigning any reasons and shall not be liable to pay any compensation on this or on any other account. The empanelled agencies would be required to work on projects assigned to them as and when any Projects is to be taken up by ESIC on terms and conditions and fee decided by ESIC. Reference Code: 0 |
