The Director is the Chief Academic and Executive Officer of the Institute reporting directly to the Chairman. He/She should have a First Class Master's Degree in Management / relevant management related discipline and PhD from a reputed Institute / University in India or abroad. The person should be a Professor with proven academic and administrative leadership record and a minimum experience of 15 years in post-graduate teaching / research. Or, a scholastically oriented Board-level Management Professional of at least 15 years standing in Industry / government. The candidate should preferably be below60 years of age. Emoluments & Perks are comparable with that of a University Vice Chancellor / Director of leading B-Schools including IIMs.
