Pass in Intermediate exam of ICWA / ACA or MCom with First Class (full time course) with 3 years experience in Finance & Accounts department of reputed manufacturing companies with Computer Accounting knowledge, compilation of account, auditing etc. Age limit for Sr Asst: 35 years (As on 01.01.2009). Pay Scale for Sr Asst: Rs 16,500-550-24,750/-. In addition to the Basic Pay as per scales indicated above. DA as applicable from time to time (at present 16% of the Basic Pay), HRA @40% of Basic Pay, Medical & Transport Allowances, Mediclaim, Leave Travel Allowances, Leave Encashment, PF and Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, are applicable.
