Head - Finance

CA preferably CS with 15-20 years relevant experience in Finance & Accounts functions including dealing with Income Tax, Sales Tax matters, Banks & Financial Institutions. The position holds famut of total finance and secretarial functions. The role involves the following: * Arranging the long term and short term funds with the concerned institutions / banks / capital market * Establishing and maintaining the adherence to system and process of corporate governance. * Supporting the performance management by measuring and monitoring the business performance with the financial tools.
