Candidates should be Graduate Engineers with 3-10 years of techo-commercial experience in Manufacturing / Auto / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure sector or in a recruitment firm. Must have exceptionally strong delivery, relationship management and people skills. Non-engineers with recruiting experience in Engineering / Manufacturing companies would also be considered.
