Sr Manager Grade - E5Category: Legal Pay Scale (IDA): Rs 17500 - Rs 22300/-. Specifications: Qualification: Full time LLB (minimum 3 years course) from a recognized university. Desirable: LLM Degree. Experience: Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate and possess minimum 13 years of post qualification experience including practice at Bar or Law firm of which at least 10 years experience must be as a Law Executive in Public Sector / Private Sector Enterprises with experience in handling Court and Arbitration cases. Joint Venture Agreements and in finalizing Sale and Purchase Agreements preferably related to supply and transmission of gas etc. Candidates working in Govt / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade / pay scale. Preference would be given to candidates working in Oil & Gas sector. Upper Age Limit: 45 yrs (relaxable by 5 yrs for SC/ST), 3 years for OBC and 10 years for physically challenged candidates).
