* Working on Oracle Apps HRMS/OLMS modules with techno functional exposure. * Working on the interfaces/ data porting/discoverer reports * Working on creation and customization of oracle standard reports and forms
Desired Candidate Profile: Should have a min. 7 yrs - 10 yrs in the IT/ consulting/ support area. Should have 3 years of Oracle application Experience. Should have Worked on at least 3-4 complete Full Life Cycle Implementations and/or Support projects of Oracle Applications. Knowledge of configuration of Oracle OLMS & HRMS modules. Should have previous IT experience of Training and HR domain. Should have a techno functional exposure. Should have worked in the interfaces/ data porting/discoverer reports. Should have worked in creation and customization of oracle standard reports and forms
Should have good knowledge of AIM methodology
Exposure of any up gradation or migration projects
Exposure to onsite offshore support and development
Exposure to Oracle Apps (Core HRMS, Self Service, OLMS, iRecruitment, OTL : Atleast knowledge of 3 Modules), Workflow, Oracle 8.x,9.x, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Oracle Reports
Possess international exposure of working on development projects. MP Certification or equivalent
