Functional Area: ERP, CRM. Job Description: The position will be responsible for performing duties that support the configuration and maintenance of systems used by Financial Services (FS) within the production environments. Ongoing duties will include:
Performing Configuration updates as needed. Participating in System Re-Org requirements. Performing system maintenance on FS Applications. Providing application analysis. Performing production daily and month end balancing of the financial jobs.
Developing and maintaining data mapping of the supported systems. Production Gate keeping duties. Developing training materials for system updates/upgrades. Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent writing/documentation skills. 2 year degree or 4 year BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent business experience
2+ years work combined experience in business systems.
Maintain the Financial services knowledge base
Perform FS systems configuration maintenance
Assist with training/communication to targeted user groups
