Vice President (Industrial Relations) (reporting to the Managing Director)Category: Operations Management The person around 50 to 55 years of age, should be a post graduate/MBA in PM & IR with 15 years of senior level experience in any large industry. Must have sound understanding of labour laws and Company legislation to providse guidance in handling IR issues in the Company and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities: Strategic planning on major IR issues, restructuring and manpower planning, maintaining effective relations with the trade unions and others stake holders, smooth transition for growth/expansion projects. The person will be responsible for handling PM&IR issues at all the locations and Profit Centers of the Company.
